Board of Directors
Shaul Elovitch has served as the Chairman of the Board of B Communications since 2008. Mr. Elovitch has also served as Chairman of the Board of Internet Gold, B Communications’ parent company, since its inception in 1992. In 1985, Mr. Elovitch founded Eurocom Communications, one of Israel’s largest private communications groups and IGLD’s parent company, and has served since then as its Chairman and CEO. Mr. Elovitch, who is the main shareholder in the Eurocom Group, also serves as an officer and/or director of various other companies in the Eurocom Group.
Anat Winner has served as a Director of B Communications since 2008 and is a member of our Audit Committee. Ms. Winner has been a self-employed business advisor since July 2003.From 2001-2003, Ms. Winner served as CEO and CFO of Israel News Ltd. Previously, from 1999-2001, Ms. Winner served as CFO of DBS Satellite Services (1998) Ltd. (YES). Since 1995, Ms. Winner has served as CFO of Eurocom Cellular Communications Ltd., and From 1996 to 1998 as Corporate Secretary of Eurocom Cellular Communications Ltd. Ms. Winner holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Haifa University and is a Certified Public Accountant (Israel).
Debbie Saperia has served as an outside Director ,whithin the meaning of the Israeli Companies Law, of B Communications since 2008 and is a member of our Audit Committee.
As a corporate lawyer specializing in mergers and acquisitions, Ms. Saperia has worked with numerous multi-national corporations on transatlantic M&A transactions. From 2000-2004, she headed the business development department of a leading Israeli pharmaceutical company, and from 2001-2004 as the General Manager of Vitamedic (1999) Ltd. In 2005, Ms. Saperia founded Yarden Nahara Ltd., and currently serves as its CEO. Ms. Saperia received an LL.B degree with Honors from the University of Manchester, England.
Moshe Rosenthal has served as a Director of B Communications since 2010 and is a member of our Audit Committee.serves as the chief executive officer of Agrolan in vessel composting, a joint venture with AGROLAN Knowledge & Input Ltd., which is an Israeli initiative for composting organic waste that Mr. Rosenthal founded in 2009. In addition, Mr. Rosenthal, an attorney, advises leading Israeli fashion brands regarding their legal affairs and business development. From 2003 to 2009, Mr. Rosenthal founded and served as the chief executive officer of WomenOnly, a leading chain of stores in Israel for women’s intimate apparel that was subsequently acquired by Eveden Ltd., a UK company and leader in the intimate apparel market. From 1996 to 2003, Mr. Rosenthal served as the chief executive officer of Rosenthal Import, Export and Marketing Ltd., which was a leading importer to Israel of women’s intimate apparel. From 1995 to 1998, Mr. Rosenthal was an attorney at Avshalom Leshem – Law Offices. Mr. Rosenthal holds an LL.B degree from Bar Ilan University
Or Elovitch serves as a director since March 2012. Mr. Elovitch serves as the chief executive officer of Eurocom Communications Ltd since August 2011. Prior thereto and since 2006, Mr. Elovitch served as Eurocom’s Executive Vice President of Business Affairs and Investments. Mr. Elovitch also serves as the chairman of the board of directors of Space Communication Ltd. and Enlight Renewable Energy Ltd., publicly traded companies (Tel Aviv Stock Exchange) within the Eurocom group and in various companies within the Eurocom group, such as Bezeq The Israel Telecommunication Corp., the Company’s subsidiary, as well as other subsidiaries of Bezeq. Mr. Elovitch holds a B.A. degree in Business Administration from The College of Management, Tel Aviv and an M.B.A. degree from Baruch College of The City University of New York.
